We have always focused on infrastructural development With separate academic blocks for each course, well-equipped laboratories, resourceful libraries, extra-curricular activities, transportation facilities, etc.

Our management and faculty encourage our students to think for themselves and to become independent and responsible individuals.

As a manager, I extend my efforts in cultivating four core values in my students -

• Confidence and accountability.
• Strong development of ethics.
• Socially responsible behavior.

To achieve these five values, our management strives hard to provide a perfect growing atmosphere for our scholars.

With every passing year, new avenues and developments are taking place on our campus. The world is changing at a faster pace and we as an educational institution cannot even afford to fall back.

Therefore, everything from our classrooms, faculty, laboratories, to libraries is being upgraded constantly to match up with the national advancements.

In the upcoming year, we would be glad to add some more of the essential graduate and postgraduate courses, namely -

The job market is competitive and very demanding. Our goals align with the ideology that our students should be ready to perform well in the real world.

We want them to become ready for the jobs and business and perform the best of their capabilities in whatever they choose to pursue.

Before taking up MD’s role at our institution I was exposed to the realities of the corporate world and what it takes to be a well-rounded professional who could withstand the test of time as the years pass by.

I was fortunate enough to have an experience of 4.5 years in various multinational companies like Kirloskar, Kazstroy and HMEL. It was indeed a great learning experience for me.

I try to put same learnings in making our students job ready and in increasing the employability of our pupils in this highly competitive environment

At Dixit Group, all my endeavors go into achieving academic excellence, creative development, and independent thought.

Hence, I took the initiative of including as many essential courses as I could. Few of them are listed as follows -

• D.EL.ED or Diploma in Elementary Education in 2017
• B.Ed. or Bachelor of Education in 2015
• D.Pharm or Diploma in Pharmacy in 2019
• B.Pharm or Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2020
• LLB. or Bachelor of Legislative Law in 2019

So far, traditional forms of teaching have had a stronghold in most of the educational institutions in our country. But, times are always changing and today’s youth is highly aspirational and does not hesitate to dream big.

I believe my responsibility as a young educator is to give wings to such dreams.

Innovation and modernization are the two words that I resonate the most with. We need to identify the loopholes that interfere with the experience of our students and eliminate them.

Additionally, theoretical learning should also be coupled with practical applications in the labs and research centers.

Our Institution has been a forerunner in providing quality education; by adopting the best industry practices, establishing state-of-art infrastructure, and appointing the best faculty to shape the young minds

While academic knowledge is important, it is often not enough.

The building of self-confidence, communication skills, analytical and creative thinking is important too.

A holistic development enables the students to achieve brilliance in the respective careers of their choice. Thus we strive to engage our community through education, information sharing, and training programs.

I want to continue to march towards the intellectual and social development of our students through compassion, resources, and knowledge.
